Our History
Community Hospital Services (CHS) was established in 1969 to consolidate and standardize services between St. Mary’s of Michigan, HealthSource of Saginaw, Covenant Health System, Tawas St. Joseph Hospital, and Bay Regional Medical Center. We have processed and shipped nearly 300,000 million pounds of linen in our 36-year history, and with our continuing upgrades and innovation, we have the capacity to grow our linen services volume by 66 percent more.
